Man, Legend of Zelda is pretty cool and queer. Link is the priestess little Vai ever, and she is serving that top. It's called Link's Awakening and you crack a big egg for a reason.
the below is gonna be about MC, and it was something a coworker and I talked about today
Something to just pause and think about for Minecraft updates - even if you feel like "this update isn't for me", you cannot deny how well crafted just about every single major update has been for MC. "I'd like the dogs to be better protected, why don't they have armor?" Or "what's the history of the MC world I'm playing in, wouldn't it be cool to have ruins to explore?" Or "oceans feel barren, why isn't there more life to it?" Every update has brought something to the world, and it's been so subtlely crafted that the way things are implemented, it's more a marvel to the game design and the development teams for breathing new life into a 15+ year old game consistently enough to not make it feel overbearing, but a true joy to come back to :)
To BillyK - I think some of Mojang's updates have been a bit lackluster in the past 5 years or so (1.15 comes to mind) and some features should have been fleshed out more before release (copper, the Warden, etc), but it's still amazing that Mojang continues to find a way to keep this game interesting after 16 years. I appreciate that they aren't just cashing in with basic add-anything updates, like "Here's 17 new wood blocks, they're all reskins!" or "Added turkeys, ducks, geese, quail, pigeons, seagulls (they're all chickens with a new texture)". Things like the Trial Chambers and Pale Forest are interested and unexpected additions to the game that build on the lore of Minecraft instead of just stuffing the game full of more content for shallow variety.
I think Minecraft as a game is the most perpetually community based game that has ever come out. You can buy the game once in 2009 and 16 years later get all of the major updates for no additional cost. You can play any old version you want, at any time as well. They give everyone access to their testing versions (snapshots) and ensure everything fits within what people are already doing in the game. You can play an infinite amount of worlds and do anything you want in them. You can play on multiplayer servers. You can mod the game freely and make it anything you like, beyond the confines of the original game. Mojang supports modding and has even brought ideas from mods into Vanilla Minecraft. I don't think there's anything like Minecraft in these capacities or even anything close. However Bedrock Edition is another story entirely.
Nimble! Liamfirecp. What a journey of memories we had together.
From the top of my head, I can remember our very first interaction on a now forgotten legend of a server owned by CraftedMovie. We built an amazing base there and shared fun times!
Overtime we have slowly lost contact again but we would reunite again thanks to playing on Mineplex with a Twitch streamer. Overtime our reuniting adventures would be out of the blue. With random encounters after 1 month, or 6 months, to a year or two.
Our next reuniting was when I started my YouTube building domino setups, a hobby I continue to enjoy for 18 years and counting. This encounter was another surprise from me after knowing what you have been doing as well. Not only continuing Minecraft, but making music video remakes in Minecraft. I was and still impressed with the things you continue to do.
Now that we have reconnected for like what, the 5th time in our lives?, I hope we continue to have the best fun times ever.
To put into perspective, Our first interaction, I was probably 13 or 14 in high school, and now I'm (as of this message on April 27, 2025), I would be 25 going on 26 and showing no signs of disinterest or loss of contact with friends, or even friends that I continue to remember all this time and remembering the fun times I had in Minecraft. Hopefully continuing until I grow old!
Nimble. Thank you for the memories and hopefully continuing to make more. And if we ever lose contact again (hopefully never) you know where to find me =3
KiwiSMP has some of the most fun server events: I remember the thrill of winning the Squid Game event back in 2021

Your path is never fully clear. It often hides in doubt, revealing itself step by step. Where there's a will, there's a way — so take care of yourself on the journey. Every step forward is a victory, writing a story worth telling.
Thank you Nimble, for opening this space where we can all leave a mark
I have been playing minecraft for a very, very long time. much of my childhood was spent on minecraft. I often think about the friends that came and went, the countless builds that I'll never be able to see again, and the pure sensation of joy that is wholly emblematic of everything the word "nostalgia" means to me that is forever lost. it feels alien at times, to think that a moment like this could have really happened, that everything was once alright. nothing like this will ever happen again, and that's okay, because there will be different kinds of joys to experience. I'm just glad I got to experience this one.
This Guestbook thing seems neat with writing things down so I'll write some that while these people may never see, it holds near and dear to my heart :)
The DVZ and now Nightfall communities I want to give a big shoutout. DVZ was a huge game mode to me, and while I wasn't around for its early infancy, I was there during its peak up until it shut down in 2017. Nightfall continued its legacy of an awesome community and game mode and polished it to new heights.
I am a bit sorrowfully nostlagic for Nightfall, as changing times has distanced me from it, even if i still love it as a whole. No resentment or anything, just being focused on Wynncraft is a lot, and those games can take hours at a time lol (always worth it though). Maybe one day I might come back for games and talk with the new people, maybe see old friends.
Until then, remember from the GOAT Old Man Wilikers, don't slab out your fellow jimmys!
